The police have released the dashboard camera video of RANDY TRAVIS' arrest for public intoxication a couple of weeks ago.
--It shows Randy being very cooperative, which is good. But he's also shocked that they're arresting him, which is funny.
--As you may recall, Randy was sitting in his car with an open bottle of wine. And even though he admits to drinking, he's clearly convinced he's done nothing wrong.
--Because when the cops tell him he's being arrested, Randy can't believe it. He says, quote, "Are you kidding me?" When it's clear they're not, he adds, quote, "You're kidding me."
